Permanently delete your Clash of Thieves account through a verified request. Opening this page never deletes an account.
Start inside the game
Sign in to the account you want to delete. Open Settings → Delete account. Keep the separate six-digit code shown in the game.
Verify your request
Open the game-generated link in your browser, enter that code and review the consequences. The link lasts five minutes and can be used once. Do not share either the link or the code.
Confirm only if you are certain
Deletion removes sign-in access, game progress, inventory and associated player data. Purchased virtual content becomes inaccessible. Deletion does not itself issue a refund; statutory rights and store refund procedures remain available. Narrowly justified legal, purchase or security records may require separate retention or anonymisation.
Cannot access the game?
You can request deletion without reinstalling the game. Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your game account identifier if known. Support must verify ownership before acting; do not send passwords, full card details or verification codes. Requesting deletion does not require EULA acceptance.
