Adults only; acceptance
The game is designed for people aged 18 or older. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and authorise purchases. A self-declaration is not an official age rating or identity verification. Access to the website, privacy information and account deletion does not itself mean acceptance of this EULA. In-app acceptance must use a separate, affirmative action and record the applicable version.
Your licence
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may install and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment through an authorised distribution channel. The licence is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain available.
The game experience
Clash of Thieves is an online, single-player 3D mobile game. It contains a fictional city, NPCs, combat, weapons, vehicles, upgrades and cinematic sequences. It is not advertised as multiplayer. Criminal acts and violence are fictional entertainment and must not be imitated in real life. Internet access and compatible devices are required; network and device charges may apply.
Account security
Use only accounts and authentication methods you are entitled to use. Protect your sign-in access and deletion verification code; never sell, share or transfer them. Report suspected compromise promptly. JETONIA support will not ask for your password, full payment-card details or an unrelated authentication code. We remain responsible for our own legal security obligations.
Fair use and prohibited conduct
Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate purchases or game balances, distribute malware, attack services, impersonate others or access another person’s data. Do not copy, commercially redistribute or modify protected content without permission, except where law permits. Do not reverse-engineer or bypass protection except to the extent legally permitted. Report vulnerabilities privately with sufficient information to reproduce them, without accessing other players’ data.
Purchases and virtual content
In-app purchases may offer virtual currency, items or packages. Only an adult authorised to use the payment method may purchase. Review the store price, currency, taxes, description and confirmation screen. Gold, diamonds and virtual items are game-use licences, not money, bank deposits or investments; no real-world cash redemption or return is promised. Do not trade outside authorised systems. No subscription is offered or implied by these terms alone.
Refunds and mandatory consumer rights
Purchases are processed through the applicable platform and its payment rules. Request refunds through that store or contact support with a transaction reference, never complete card details. Applicable withdrawal rights, digital-content consent requirements and remedies for defective or undelivered content remain intact. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or override mandatory consumer protections.
Health and responsible play
The game may contain bright or flashing lights, rapidly changing scenes and intense action. Read the player-safety notice. Stop playing if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, visual disturbance or seizure symptoms. Seek medical advice where appropriate. Take regular breaks, avoid excessive sessions and do not play while driving or operating equipment. A warning does not replace our duty to address avoidable hazards.
Intellectual property and notices
Game materials and marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights remain with their respective owners. No ownership of third-party marks is claimed merely because they appear in a game or on this website. Report a suspected infringement using the copyright notice process. Good-faith reports will be reviewed and appropriate measures considered; lawful reporting and court remedies are not restricted.
Updates, availability and enforcement
Features, balance and supported devices may change through updates. Maintenance, security incidents and connectivity problems can interrupt access; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Material paid-content or contract changes must follow applicable law and notice requirements. Access may be proportionately restricted for substantiated misuse or a security threat, with reasons and review where feasible. Contact support to dispute an action.
Privacy and deletion
The privacy notice explains data processing and available rights. Reading it is distinct from consent to optional advertising or marketing. You can request account deletion in the game or through the external deletion page and its support alternative. Ownership must be verified before deletion. Deletion removes account access and related game progress; narrowly justified legal, fraud-prevention or accounting records may need separate retention. Retention must be limited and explained for the relevant record.
Liability and statutory protections
To the extent permitted by law, no promise is made that gameplay will meet every personal expectation or remain unchanged. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory data-protection and consumer obligations. We do not impose unlimited indemnities on players or waive their non-waivable rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in the relevant jurisdiction.
Changes, disputes and contact
The current version and date are shown on this page. Material changes require appropriate notice and, where necessary, renewed acceptance. A deleted or unenforceable clause does not automatically invalidate the remainder. No exclusive foreign court or law is imposed here to deprive consumers of mandatory local rights.
